I found this address from

and would like to know how I can release source code of frame buffer
device driver for XGI Volari graphics chip to Linux kernel. Please help

You may read Documentation/SubmittingDrivers and 
Documentation/SubmittingPatches in the Linux kernel source code for 
further instructions.

will there be similar contributions to Xorg/DRI for the 3D parts ?
