I found this address from
http://developer.osdl.org/dev/opendrivers/wiki/index.php/Mailing_Lists
and would like to know how I can release source code of frame buffer
device driver for XGI Volari graphics chip to Linux kernel. Please help
to comment. Thanks.

You may read Documentation/SubmittingDrivers and
Documentation/SubmittingPatches in the Linux kernel source code for
further instructions.
We welcome your contribution!

Also, read Documentation/CodingStyle - this often surprises first-time submitters.
And if you get a huge flood of comments and suggestions of things to fix,
consider it a *good* thing - it means that the kernel experts liked the basic
code well enough to spend enough time to make 4,398 little suggestions. :)

As I know, XGI really has the plan but need time to fulfill.
