only *dsc *diff.gz and *orig.tar.gz are needed, then you can recompile
the rest yourself ("dpkg-source -x *dsc; cd xen-*/; dpkg-buildpackage
-rfakeroot").
or I can send you the kernel patch as file and the xen hypervisor:
