MAINTAINERS curently has:

TUN/TAP driver
P:      Maxim Krasnyansky
M:      maxk@qualcomm.com
L:      vtun@office.satix.net

vtun@office.satix.net doesn't seem to be a valid email address.

Should it be removed or modified?

Sorry for late response. Just noticed this.
Yes it's an ancient mailing list and should be removed.
I totally forgot about it.
