Changing it to

memcpy_fromio(ptr, (const volatile void __iomem *)(s->cb_cis_virt + 
addr), len);

memcpy_fromio(ptr, (const volatile void __iomem *)s->cb_cis_virt + 
addr, len);

memcpy_fromio(ptr, (volatile void __iomem *)(s->cb_cis_virt + addr), len);

or

memcpy_fromio(ptr, (volatile void __iomem *)s->cb_cis_virt + addr, len);

makes no difference.
