Hey I want to know which is going to be the latest kernel version for this year

Is possible to have the v2.6.37 merge window

but do you think that could be possible to have  v2.6.38 ?

This question does not make sense at all.  Have you read the files in
Documentation/development_process/ for how the kernel is developed and
released?
