Fixed alphabetical order in CREDITS.

In the CREDITS file, 2 names were misplaced and 1 was a duplicate.
Also fixed trailing spaces.

I don't see a change for the line above or several other lines (maybe something
ate the trailing spaces that you were trying to fix).
