[GIT PULL] arch/tile update for 3.2

Please pull the following changes for 3.2 from:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/cmetcalf/linux-tile.git master

These changes mostly just allow 3.2 to build for tile, plus one
bug fix.
