Subject: how to calculate latency for block devices?
Date: Fri, 11 May 2012 20:02:01 +0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <4FAD37F9.4030403@gmail.com> (raw)
Good day.
How to properly calculate average latency for block devices?
(read_ticks+write_ticks)/requests or
(read_ticks+write_ticks+time_in_queue)/requests? (Or just
time_in_queue/requests?)
Thanks.
