This should NOT be named CONFIG_COREBOOT.  CONFIG_FB_COREBOOT perhaps.

This stuff belongs in a header file.

I'm not a fan of Coreboot having invented its own nonstandard hacks, but
I guess it is pretty much unavoidable.
