Subject: [PATCH] perf: fix wrong DEBUG configuration

Currently, GCC optimizes -O6 same as -O3 level. Right optimize debugging
experience is given by passing -Og to compiler.
Assign default value for pointers that are identified by compiler as
non-initialized.
