Sorry for the delay and thanks for the upgrade.

I am going to send a v4 to add the compilation of virt/lib/irqbypass.c.
which is missing for arm/arm64. I will rearrange the signoffs vs history
in some patch files too.

Otherwise the changes look good to me.
