Hi Ingo,

this pull request contains the following changes:

  - Prevented to suspend or resume the sh_cmt clocksource when this one 
is not enabled (Geert Uytterhoeven)
  - Improved build coverage with COMPILE_TEST for the stm32 timer 
(Maxime Coquelin)
