Enable clock controller, interconnect and pinctrl for Qualcomm
QCS8300 platform to boot to UART console.
The serial engine depends on gcc, interconnect and pinctrl. Since
the serial console driver is only available as built-in, so these
configs needs be built-in for the UART device to probe and register
the console.

Number of new soc patchsets from Qualcomm is quite big recently, so I
feel like repeating same feedback to same people... although maybe these
are different threads.
Anyway, please combine the series targetting the same subsystem. The
subsystem here is Qcom SoC, so the series above are part of this.
We requested split per subsystem, not per patch.
Best regards,
Krzysztof

Sorry, thought I had replied to this already, but I must have confused
it with QCS615.
Please see my feedback regarding signed-off-by and subject line:

This submission has bugs and instead of fixing it, some other people are
sending already patches on top.
No, fix this patchset instead.

I feel disappointed that instead of reviewing the code while it is still
on the lists, you prefer the bug to be merged and then post a patch on
top of it.
