This reproducer triggers the inode link count error check introduced
in commit 901ce9705fbb ("nilfs2: prevent use of deleted inode"), so
that's likely why the difference in bisection is apparent.

However, at this point, the above commit does not appear to be the
cause of the problem, and it is unclear how it relates to the
mISDN_ioctl hang.
