syzbot tried to test the proposed patch but the build/boot failed:
drivers/net/wireless/marvell/libertas/firmware.c:116:47: error: 'flags' undeclared (first use in this function)
./include/linux/wait.h:1035:45: error: lvalue required as unary '&' operand
./include/linux/wait.h:1038:43: error: lvalue required as unary '&' operand
