Perhaps I missed something, but couldn’t you simplify this method like
this:
fn add(mut self, rhs: Duration) -> Self::Output {
let stamp = self.0 as u128;
Timestamp(stamp.wrapping_add(rhs.as_nanos()) as u64)
}
