Another thing is that `.write(loc, value)` can also replace the all
non-`register!` APIs.
With
impl IoLoc<u32> for usize {
type IoType = u32;
fn offset(self) -> usize { self }
}
then you can just use `.write(offset, primitive)`. Meaning this is a more
universal API design.
