Ensure that each core exclusively occupies an ECMDQ and all of them are
enabled during initialization. During this initialization process, any
errors will result in a fallback to using normal CMDQ.

When GERROR is triggered by ECMDQ, all ECMDQs need to be traversed: the
ECMDQs with errors will be processed and the ECMDQs without errors will
be skipped directly. Compared with register SMMU_CMDQ_PROD, register
SMMU_ECMDQ_PROD has one more 'EN' bit and one more 'ERRACK' bit. After
the error indicated by SMMU_GERROR.CMDQP_ERR is fixed, the 'ERRACK'
bit needs to be toggled to resume the corresponding ECMDQ. In order to
lockless protection against the write operation to bit 'ERRACK' during
error handling and the read operation to bit 'ERRACK' during command
insertion. Send IPI to the faulty CPU and perform the toggle operation
on the faulty CPU. Because the command insertion is protected by
local_irq_save(), so no race.

The SYNC command only ensures that the command that precedes it in the
same ECMDQ must be executed, but cannot synchronize the commands in other
ECMDQs. If an unmap involves multiple commands, some commands are executed
on one core, and the other commands are executed on another core. In this
case, after the SYNC execution is complete, the execution of all preceded
commands can not be ensured.

Prevent the process that performs a set of associated commands insertion
from being migrated to other cores ensures that all commands are inserted
into the same ECMDQ.

I asked my colleagues in the chip department, and they said that the chip
was not commercially available and the specific data could not be disclosed.
However, to be sure, the performance has improved, but not by much, the
public benchmark is only about 5%. Your optimization patch was so perfect
that it ruined our jobs.

However, since Marvell also implements ECMDQ, there are at least two users.
Do we think about making it available first?

I saw the spec saying "up to 256 pages", but not sure if they are
always physically present, even if CPU number is smaller i.e. some
of them would be unassigned/wasted.

I have seen something similar (~5%) with VCMDQ on NVIDIA Grace,
when running, in host OS, TLB flush benchmark tests concurrently
on different CPUs.

Although VCMDQ could be slightly different from ECMDQ, both have
a multi-queue feature. And the amount of improvement in my case
came from a reduction of congestion at issueing commands to the
multi queues vs. a single queue. And I guess ECMDQ might benefit
its 5% from that too.

If we decide to move ECMDQ forward, perhaps we can converge some
of the functions to support both :)

This is considered in v1, but now priority is to support the most
basic features. Another advantage is that if someone makes suggestions
for improvement, the workload can be smaller.

For example:
If a CPU exclusively occupies an ECMDQ, the number of queue elements is 256.
If two cores share an ECMDQ, the number of queue elements increases to 512.
