Opportunistically use BIT_ULL() instead of open coding hex values, add defines for feature bits that are architecturally defined, and move the ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ defines down in the file so that they are colocated with the helpers for getting fields from VMX_MISC.
