Add bindings vor Wiko SAS and wiko-chuppito
which are used in the devicetree.
Then introduce an initial device tree for Wiko PULP 4G.
Includes support for:

- Touchscreen
- Backlight
- Accelerometer: Invensense MPU6880
- Magnetometer: Asahi Kasei AK09911
