Subject: [PATCH] trace-cmd: Documentation, include *.5 files in .gitignore

Most trace-cmd man pages are *.1 but we have trace-cmd.dat.5 now
with the .5 ending. Add this to .gitignore in the Documentation
directory to clean up the output of git status
