... as an alias (CNAME) for bugme.osdl.org.

Hi,
Where we place bugs and regressions, that can be from upstream
patches ?, since bugzilla.kernel.org is dead. 
For example: 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=767248
Unable to unsuspended with 3.1.5
able to unsuspended with 3.1.4 
seems a regression . 

please CC to me, because I am off-list.
