Before moving this driver out of staging:
1. group some integers altogether;
2. Use:
return some_function()
instead of:
ret = some_function();
return ret;
This is just a cleanup. No functional changes.

The spmi-channel is not used on other drivers. So, rename it,
in order to document that this is specific to those devices.

Add a device tree for the HiSilicon 6421v600 SPMI PMIC, used
on HiKey970 board.
As we now have support for it, change the fixed regulators
used by the SD I/O to use the proper LDO supplies.
