Following Checkpatch errors are improved:
- blank lines
- CamelCase of TxCheckStuckHandler and RxCheckStuckHandler
- "Unnecessary ftrace-like logging"
- CamelCase of PHY_SetRFPowerState
Tested with rtl8192e
Transferred this patch over wlan connection of rtl8192e
