look at mm/memory.c:remap_pte_range():

		if ((!VALID_PAGE(page)) || PageReserved(page))
 			set_pte(pte, mk_pte_phys(phys_addr, prot));

so, your pages aren't mapped at all and pte'es contain zero ...
