Hi,

I caught this oops crash in the logs some hours ago. Does it ring a bell
somewhere? Has this been fixed since?

perhaps some devices were still in use at the disconnection.

the safe disconnection should have been already fixed on the ALSA
side, but still not tested quite well.  at least, it worked for me.
