perf build: Add EXTRA_LDFLAGS option to makefile
To compile for little-endian systems, you need to pass -EL to CC and LD.
EXTRA_CFLAGS works to pass -EL to CC.
Add EXTRA_LDFLAGS to pass -EL to LD.
