perf_events: Fix modular build

Fix:

  ERROR: "perf_swevent_put_recursion_context" [fs/ext4/ext4.ko] undefined!
  ERROR: "perf_swevent_get_recursion_context" [fs/ext4/ext4.ko] undefined!
