The last users of FIX_CYCLONE_TIMER were removed in v2.6.18. We can
remove this unneeded constant.

x86/mm/fixmap: Remove unused FIX_CYCLONE_TIMER

The last users of FIX_CYCLONE_TIMER were removed in v2.6.18. We
can remove this unneeded constant.
