This version(V4) removed some struct members, code pathes that are reserved
in the V1 for feature, but I think they are not needed any more, so this
lighter version of can get a bit more perf than V1.
This round of test is based on the kernel version 6.2.6. Again, the results
may be unfair for those competitors, for example, maple tree is RCU-safe and
can deal with many complex cases, rbtree support duplicated keys, lib/btree's
grace has virtue itself ...
btree_blue also needs to mature (debug, stable), and some APIs are needed to
give.
