I have more than two years of experience as QA Engineer and extremely
interested in joining this open source LTP. Pl let me know the procedure to
join this LTP as I believe I can make a lot of contributions to this

you might want to start by using a real name.  otherwise, there is generally 
no "joining" procedure.  you look at the source, find something interesting, 
write a patch, and send it to the mail list.
