* [LTP] [PATCH] containers: delete redundant newline in tst_resm() @ 2013-01-08 3:34 Monson Shao 2013-01-08 5:40 ` monson 0 siblings, 1 reply; 6+ messages in thread From: Monson Shao @ 2013-01-08 3:34 UTC (permalink / raw) To: ltp-list Some output strings in tst_resm() have ending newline but some have not, and it causes disordered blank line in logfile. Deleting all ending newline makes it uniform and good to read. The container with the namespace issue is in heavy development, the test cases need to suit it. This part is not in the default running test, but it not means to be abandoned. Just remain to test separately or need to be fixed. If you are looking into this area, patches are very welcome. Thank you. Looking at the git log these were developed by IBM and since then we only made sure they compile. So there is nobody who is pushing the development of these testcases now. Which is not ideal as this part of kernel is still under heavy development testcases are most likely not covering what they should (or even may not work correctly). As usual patches are welcome. -- Cyril Hrubis chrubis@suse.cz ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Master SQL Server Development, Administration, T-SQL, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS and more.
