I do, I've been working on the replacement for the LTP testrunner, so I
would like to start discussion around that.

First of all I would like to know if we need a LTP testrunner, and if so
how to make its CI integration easier for everyone, what features are
needed, etc.

And this is also at least a little bit connected to the test
documentation and metadata propagation since the testrunner should make
use of that as well:
