[LTP] [RFC PATCH 1/1] Remove load_stress_all_kernel_modules.sh

Test does not work:
$ modprobe -l
modprobe: invalid option -- 'l'

And it's not much usable to test loading all kernel modules, thus not
worth of fixing it.
