[LTP] Project admin

Hi,

I'd like to release a new version of the LCOV package but it appears 
that Subrata Modak (who usually handles this) is currently out of office 
and I'm wondering if anybody else can upload files to the LTP project site.

I am pretty inside office right now. Was busy in some schedules and was
