This should work (provided you have all the dependencies for the LTP build):

# git clone git://ltp.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/ltp/ltp 
<http://ltp.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/ltp/ltp>
# cd ltp
# make autotools
# ./configure
# make
# make install
