[LTP] [Patch v2 4/4] KSM test case fixes - oom01 and oom03

Thanks Casper. Used macro 'PATH_KSM' and removed braces. And tested the 
same.

oom01:
Before the patch:
...
oom01       0  TINFO  :  start OOM testing for KSM pages.
oom01       0  TINFO  :  allocating 3221225472 bytes.
oom01       1  TBROK  :  madvise: errno=EINVAL(22): Invalid argument
oom01       2  TBROK  :  Remaining cases broken
...

After the patch:
...
oom01       1  TCONF  :  KSM configuration is not enabled
oom01       2  TCONF  :  Remaining cases not appropriate for configuration
...

oom03
Before the patch:
...
oom03       0  TINFO  :  start OOM testing for KSM pages.
oom03       0  TINFO  :  expected victim is 46162.
oom03       1  TFAIL  :  the victim unexpectedly failed: 512
oom03       2  TBROK  :  open 46159: errno=ENOENT(2): No such file or 
directory
oom03       3  TBROK  :  Remaining cases broken
...

After the patch:
...
oom03       1  TCONF  :  KSM configuration is not enabled
oom03       2  TCONF  :  Remaining cases not appropriate for configuration
