Subject: [LTP] testscripts/ltpstress.sh and its log file
Date: Tue, 11 Mar 2014 17:15:29 +0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <531F0C71.2030209@oracle.com> (raw)
Hi!
Is it made by intent that ltpstress.sh writes one single log file (by
default /tmp/ltpstress.log)?
From the other side it uses a separate output file for each of ltp-pan
instances.
ltp-pan does not use any locking mechanism to coordinate writing to its
log/output files. So we may have problems here (concurrent writing from
different processes). Or not?
Thanks.
