Subscriber moderation was just committed to CVS. I've just been on the
phone with Morten, and we expect 1.2.12-rc1 in a couple of hour.

He'll fold in his Qmail and Digest (happy now lcars? ;) patch as well.

I really appreciate this move by Morten, and since he's been been with
the project since very early 0.x releases, he'll probably do even better
than me :-)

Any MySQL users out there, BTW? ;)
