[mlmmj] Gentle fanfare heralds Mlmmj Git repo

Thanks to Wolf, we now have a Git repository set up which you can use to access 
the Mlmmj source code! Details are here: http://mlmmj.org/development/

(The information on how to check out the sources using Mercurial has also been 
improved on the same webpage. It's important because now I am getting my act 
together and including release and bugfix branches in the repository as 
appropriate (I have even reconstructed the 1.2.17.1 history to include), so you 
now need to be careful you update to the main development line.)

Do please consider the new Git repo as experimental. However, initial tests 
suggest it will work quite well, and I am modifying my hg workflow slightly to 
accommodate interoperability. I have high hopes this will provide a viable and 
useful ongoing way for Git users to follow and contribute to Mlmmj development.

Nevertheless, Mercurial will remain our main repository, where most of my effort 
will be invested.

But do enjoy the new Git repo!
