Thanks for the contribution!
At a quick glance, this looks like a good code patch. I will have to
merge it with another pending patch, but I think that will be OK.
Can you please also patch the documentation (there is the TUNABLES file
as well as a machine-readable tunables.pl file that appears in both
perl-admin and php-admin in contrib), and submit it to the online bug
tracker so I don't accidentally neglect it?
