The files that Marcelo sent have the extended ASCII characters encoded
as UTF-8:
Subject: =?UTF-8?Q?Moderaci=C3=B3n?= requerida para $listaddr$
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
Content-Disposition: inline
Hola,
However, the Danish and German translations don't:
Subject: Moderering nødvendig for $listaddr$
Hej,
Subject: Moderation für $listaddr$ gebraucht
Hallo,
So, is UTF-8 encoding really needed?
Thanks,
Quique
