The patch titled
e100: fix iomap read
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
e100-fix-iomap-read.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

There were 2 omitted readb's used on an iomap space. eliminate them
by using ioread8 instead.
