[merged] arm-use-asm-generic-scatterlisth.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arm-use-asm-generic-scatterlisth.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
