The patch titled
     cgroup_freezer-update_freezer_state-does-incorrect-state-transitions-checkpatch-fixes
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     cgroup_freezer-update_freezer_state-does-incorrect-state-transitions-checkpatch-fixes.patch
