+ lib-fix-scnprintf-if-size-is-==-0.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     lib: fix scnprintf() if @size is == 0
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     lib-fix-scnprintf-if-size-is-==-0.patch

as @size is unsigned.
