+ fixed-use-of-rounddown_pow_of_two-in-ramoops.patch added to -mm tree

     fixed-use-of-rounddown_pow_of_two-in-ramoops.patch

The return value of rounddown_pow_of_two wasn't evaluated, so the
operation was a no-op.
