The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/damon/core: remove attrs param from damon_update_region_access_rate()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-damon-core-remove-attrs-param-from-damon_update_region_access_rate.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

damon_update_region_access_rate() is not using attrs parameter.  Remove
it.
