The patch titled
     Subject: config/android: Remove CONFIG_IPV6_PRIVACY
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     config-android-remove-config_ipv6_privacy.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
