The #ifdefs regarding CONFIG_ARCH_LPC32XX_MII_SUPPORT and
CONFIG_ARCH_LPC32XX_IRAM_FOR_NET are obsolete since the symbols have been
removed from Kconfig and replaced by devicetree based configuration.
